Restorative Yoga allows you to harmonize your body, mind and spirit through balanced series of postures, breath work and meditation. 

This class provides many therapeutic benefits for all systems of the body.  Restorative Yoga postures gently stretch and rehabilitate the connective tissues, allowing us to maintain and restore joint flexibility. 

This class is designed for every level and ability and will help counter the stresses of modern living.
